Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we'll get your SwapInk® sleeves to you.
How long does delivery take?

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.
What if my order is delayed?
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or high postal demand. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate straight away.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right immediately — no hassle, no waiting.
